For moving companies running one to eight trucks
Get paid for more of the jobs
you already quoted.
Settl is a follow-up service for moving companies. We set it up on your pipeline, then every quote gets chased, every customer knows what is happening, and every finished move gets asked for a review. You stay on the truck.
Set up on your existing jobs in a day. Free for the first 14 days.
“We know exactly when to follow up with leads, which has been a huge advantage, since we can see when they begin to go cold.”
You quoted the job. Then you were on a truck for nine hours.
Nothing about that is bad business. It is just what the day looks like when the owner is also the crew. The trouble is what happens to the quote while you are carrying a couch down a staircase.
The quote goes quiet
They already called you, already got a price, and now they are comparing. Whoever answers first usually wins it, and you are three flights up with a wardrobe box.
Silence turns into a bad review
One mover told us he was running twenty moves in a day when he stopped picking up the phone. His customers were not being difficult. They just had no way to see what was happening.
July pays for January
You earn through the busy months to cover the slow ones. A job that slips in summer is money missing in winter, and by then there is nothing you can do about it.
How it works
We run the follow-up. You run the jobs.
This is not a tool we hand you. It is work we set up and keep running, on the jobs you already have.
We set it up on your real pipeline
Every open quote and pending job you have right now gets moved across by us, on a call, while you watch. You are not retyping anything or starting from an empty screen.
We write your follow-up in your words
The messages that chase a quiet quote get written once, with you, so they sound like you. After that they go out on their own, on schedule, whether or not you remember.
Your customer sees the whole move
They plan, track move day and pay in an app carrying your name. That is most of the where-is-my-truck calls gone before they reach your phone.
The review gets asked for while it is fresh
The moment the job is marked complete, not a week later when the feeling has faded. Then seasonal check-ins keep you in front of everyone you have already moved.

Scope
What we will not do.
Worth saying plainly, so nobody books a call expecting the wrong thing.
We will not sell you leads
Settl never sources, buys or routes work. We stay out of broker and dispatcher territory on purpose, which means we are never quietly selling your job to the company down the road.
We will not run your business
You have been moving people for years and we have not. We handle the follow-up. The pricing, the crew and the trucks stay yours.
We will not sell you AI
There is none in this. It is ordinary software that does the same thing every time, set up by a person who explains it to you first.
Who you will be dealing with
A small company, and we would rather say so.
There is no support desk and no account manager. The person who sets your account up is the person who picks up when something breaks.
“I have moved twelve times, so I knew the customer side of this long before I knew the business side. I spent two years talking to movers before I built anything, and I still get on a call with every company using Settl once a fortnight. That is the part I am not willing to hand off.”

Questions
Questions, answered straight.
The things movers ask us on the first call.
What do you actually do?
We make sure the jobs you have already quoted do not go cold. We set the system up on your existing pipeline, write your follow-up messages with you, and from then on every pending quote gets chased, your customer can see what is happening on move day, and the review gets asked for the moment the job is done. You keep working. We keep the follow-up running.
Do you find me new leads?
No, and we will not. Settl never sources, buys or routes work, which keeps us out of broker and dispatcher territory entirely. If someone is selling you leads, that is a different kind of company. We only work on the leads you already have.
Do I have to learn software?
No. There is a real system underneath and you are welcome to look at all of it, but you are not handed a login and left to work it out. We do the setup with you on a call, and we stay on a call every two weeks to fix whatever is not working.
How long does setup take?
About a day. We move your open quotes and pending jobs across ourselves while you watch, so you are not retyping anything. Most movers are quoting on it the same day we set it up.
Does this replace the software I already use?
You only run Settl. Leads, quotes, scheduling and payments live in one place, so there is no second system to keep in sync. During setup we move your pipeline across with you.
Do my customers have to download an app?
Yes, and it carries your branding rather than ours. That is where they fill in what is being moved, follow move day, and pay. It is also the reason so many of the where-is-my-truck calls stop reaching your phone.
Who is Settl for?
Small and independent moving companies, usually one to eight trucks, where the owner is still out on jobs. If your work comes from reputation and word of mouth rather than from buying leads in bulk, this is built for you. It is not built for franchises or enterprise operations.
How do moving companies prevent chargebacks and billing disputes?
Most disputes start when the quote changed between booking and move day without anything in writing. The customer gets charged for something they did not expect and the mover has nothing to point to. Settl requires sign-off from both sides on every change to inventory, pricing or services, and timestamps each one. By move day you have both already agreed to the job in writing.
What does it cost, and what if it does not work?
It is $300 a month flat, however many jobs you run and however many people you add. There is no per-seat or per-job fee and no setup fee. The first 14 days are free, and there is a 30-day refund guarantee after that.
What is the best software for small moving companies?
It depends what you need solved. If you only want help running the job itself, there are established tools for that and some of them are very good. Settl is for movers who are losing work between the quote and the booking, and who would rather have someone set the follow-up up and keep it running than buy another tool to operate.
